I’m Nicole,
Owner, hospitality fanatic, design-obsessed, and dog lover! In 2017 I purchased my first home, a historic duplex. And what an undertaking this was. I barely knew how to hold a drill and here I was with a 3400+sqft property that needed a lot of love and attention. Over the years the home truly has been a constant work in progress. It’s come such a long way and I’m so happy to share it with others! My passion is to constantly improve the space and experience for my guests.
When not working on my home, I’ve branched out and have assisted other homeowners design, decorate, and manage their homes as short-term rentals. See the co-hosting & consultation page for more information!

a keen-eyed assistant who keeps all the plants alive, Nicole organized and current with the latest slang, and guests fully stocked with enough TP and coffee to get them through any disaster.
I love historic homes and think they are to die for! When I’m not scouring Zillow for my future home, I’m obsessing over all the animals and trying to spend every chance I get outdoors. You can always find me with an iced honey latte in hand next to my four-legged best friend, Zoey.
